Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (MWD) will present session 1195A on Monday, Feb. 28, 2011 at 3:30 pm in Room 313 at the MGM Conference Center. Their presentation, Maximo™ Enhanced Work Order Flow Process at the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, will demonstrate how they extended Maximo to create and enhance a standard work order flow process using Assignment Manager™. MWD captures 100% of maintenance labor time using WorkTech Time™, WorkTech’s premier time and attendance software system for complex labor reporting. WorkTech’s QuickPick™ for Maximo, a Maximo customization toolkit, and WorkTech Time software play a critical role in supporting MWD’s enhanced work order flow process.
IAP will present session 1270A on Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at 5:00 pm in Room 319 at the MGM Conference Center. Their presentation, How IAP Uses Maximo to Successfully Meet DCAA Compliance Guidelines, will illustrate how they are able to provide a package of work management, asset tracking and labor tracing that are all integrated with their financial reporting systems. Work Technology’s WorkTech Time workforce management software system allows IAP to capture detailed labor data that interfaces with Maximo and their financial system.
