The Development Manager would be responsible for managing a team of developers and testers residing in New
Zealand and the Greater Boston area. The successful candidate would have hiring authority, and must
establish development and testing methodologies in conjunction with a System
Architect. Occasional travel between New Zealand and the United States is required. This is a
management/hands-on programming and peer review position. Energy, organized

Implementation
Consultants will work with our Implementation Team configuring our WorkTech Time and Contractor Cost Tracking
Software and supporting customers in production.
This position involves analyzing client functional requirements and application configuration and implementation. It
also involves training customers on application usage/configuration and assisting customers with application testing
and rollout. You will recommend business process improvements and analyze, specify, and design application
enhancements.
Excellent communication skills are mandatory, and the applicant must be able to work well with all types of
customers. A familiarity with business applications such as Word and Excel is important, as well as strong SQL
skills. The applicant must work well as a team member and individually. This position is located at our
headquarters in Somerville, MA, and candidate must be willing to travel to customer sites 25-50% of the
time.
A background in payroll, human resources, or time and attendance would be very helpful. Programming knowledge in any 4GL
would be useful, but is not required. Other desired skills include experience implementing or working with
packaged HRMS and CMMS software systems, such as PeopleSoft, Lawson, Oracle, SAP, Maximo etc. Knowledge of

The Project Manager position involves administering multiple large-scale time and attendance implementations. As a Project Manager, you will be
responsible for developing and maintaining project plans and delivering projects on time and under
budget. Although you will not formally manage a team of consultants, you will work closely with

The Senior Maximo Consultant maintains awareness of service solutions, upcoming software releases and patches, and product enhancements,
especially related to vertical specialties and helps other staff members build and maintain awareness of
