All customers who purchase the WorkTech Annual Service Maintenance Contract will receive the following services:

New product releases and products updates for the WorkTech Time Suite of time and attendance software products, QuickPick for Maximo and the Contractor Cost Tracking System.
Product Design and Testing
Customers can participate in the design of WorkTech product enhancements and receive a beta version of the new release for testing purposes

There are times, either on a short-term or a long-term basis, when customers need extended support services for a specific need. WorkTech's experienced technicians can provide a quotation for extended services that may include:
- Conducting an upgrade of a system application such as, Maximo, SAP, Infor, Oracle financials, etc.
- Implementing WorkTech software at additional sites
- Specialized reports.
